Shipping:

We generally ship customer's order within 1 to 2 working days using Qxpress Courier Service.

Our customers usually receive their order within 1 to 3 working days.

Returns:

Item must be returned for exchange within 7 working days. We will NOT accept a return without prior notice from our customers. Please email us for return request.

For return of unused item, the item must be returned strictly unused with all accessories intact and in sealed packaging, where applicable.
