Unlike traditional diffusion filters that require external accessories, the HDF is integrated directly into the camera and can be activated instantly with a button press. When enabled, bright highlights gently bloom while overall contrast becomes softer, creating an expressive film-inspired look straight out of camera.
The new electronic shutter supports speeds up to 1/16,000 sec, allowing photographers to continue shooting at wide apertures even under bright sunlight while using the HDF effect.
