Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We ship customer's order from Singapore within 1 to 2 working days using a signed for Courier Service. 

Our customers usually receive their order within 1 to 3 working days.

 

 

Returns:

Item must be returned for exchange within 7 working days. We will NOT accept a return without prior notice from our customers. Please email us for a return request.

For return of unused item for an exchange, the item must be returned strictly unused with all accessories intact and in sealed packaging, where applicable.
